Works ok, but the bits tend to not stay in place when using the autoloader action - you have to hold the screwdriver upright because the magnetic end doesn't hold on to the bit well enough to pull it back down into the turret. Plus, the turret can easily swing open while changing bits. Also can sometimes be difficult to push the handle back together all the way during the autoloading action. I've used other autoloading screwdrivers that work much better in these areas.
